The 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Action will take place in Prague on 25-27 October, 2017. As it became a consolidated tradition of the Action, during the General Meetings a workshop on SECs in Industry will be also organized.
The venue of the meeting will be the J. Heyrovský Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
Prof. Zdeněk Zelinger, of the J. Heyrovský Institute will be responsible of the organization with the collaboration of Dr. Jiří Vávra from the Czech Technical University in Prague and Dr. Václav Nevrlý from the VŠB-Technical University.
Oral presentation duration is 15 minutes including a 3-4 minutes time for questions.
Poster will have to be put on display the whole Thursday. During coffee and lunch breaks authors should be present at the posters.The maximum size of the posters is 84 x 109 cm (W x H).
Support to the Action participants will be given according to the usual COST rules and the provision of the Action budget plan.
Participants in the MC meeting will be reimbursed up to a maximum of 700€.
At most one registrant per oral/poster contribution will be considered for a reimbursement up to a maximum of 700€. Selection will be on the proviso of maximizing the number of participating countries/entities, on a first come-first served basis and in the limit of available funds. The invitations from e-cost platform for those selected will be issued by September 10th.
A flat rate of 70€ per night will be reimbursed to cover accommodation costs of both MC members and participants.
Lunches for the three days and networking dinner are provided from the local organizer to the registered participants.
All participants to the meeting must compile , sign and send the registration form to Zdeněk Zelinger by email or by fax (+420-286582307). Please remember to send your registration form as soon as possible to help the local organizers with their work.
Accompanying people should register, using the same registration form and paying a reduced registration fee, if they plan to participate at the networking event(s)
Please note that all the registrants must finalize their registration by sending to the same address a proof of payment before the meeting start.
In Prague there is a large availability of hotels particularly in the city center. October is not high season but it is advisable to reserve accommodations as soon as possible.

The J. Heyrovský Institute is located only a few metro stops from the city center where a large number of hotels are available.
